We accept payments through Chase QuickPay, Checks (in-person only), Paypal, all major credit cards, as well as Etsy Gift Cards (on Etsy, only).
If you are paying with a credit card, gift card, or through PayPal, click Pay Now. You will be taken to PayPal to complete the purchase. Note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal, you can just pay with a credit card if you'd prefer. After payment, you'll receive a confirmation of when your package is on it's way!
Please note that ordered items will not ship until full payment has been received and cleared. Sometimes this takes up to 2 days, so we will email you once the order has been processed and your purchase is being prepped for shipment.
We ship items as fast as humanly possible because we, too, know how much fun it is to receive a package, especially when it's gorgeous goodies! Most items (unless otherwise noted in the product description) will ship 0-3 days from times of purchase.
All Things Esque is located in Chicago on the North side of the city-- If you are local and can pick up your order e-mail us and we will give you a code to alleviate shipping charges. Or just buy the item, noting that you'd prefer to pick up your purchase, and I will refund the shipping charges to you in CA$H when you pick the item(s) up!
All jewelry items are packaged with love and care before being shipped, with delivery tracking and confirmation e-mailed to you. (This usually means 1 - 4 business days) we can give you an estimate on shipping time if you e-mail us with the item you're interested in and your shipping zip code.
USPS shipping is used which is usually 5-14 business days. Please e-mail us with your ship-to address and we can give you an estimated delivery date and expedited shipping options, also.
NEED IT FASTER?
E-mail us the items you would like, your address and desired delivery date (we can even overnight items to you!) and we'll send you an adjusted shipping costs.
All Things Esque makes every effort to get your item to you quickly, however All Things Esque can not be held responsible for lost packages due to an address error on the customer's end. We ship to the address indicated on your submitted order. If there is a discrepancy between the address on the your All Things Esque order and in PayPal, We will ship to the address listed on your ALL THINGS ESQUE CHECKOUT RECEIPT unless the buyer notifies us prior to shipment. All Things Esque is not responsible for shipments sent to wrong address' on the order if the buyer's address is out-of-date.
Insurance is included in shipping fees for purchases under $500 within the United States. If you are having this shipped internationally, please e-mail us if you would like insurance on your item and we can re-list it with the appropriate denomination of insurance included.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We take significant pride in the quality of our creations, so if you have any problems with your item(s), please let us know, immediately. We will do our very best to ensure that we resolve any issue in a timely manner.
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivered shipment. We will not take returns after this time. You must contact All Things Esque within 5 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization. Items must be return postmarked within 7 days of return request and must arrive in the same condition in which they were received or they will not be accepted. Returned Jewelry must be unworn and in original packaging in order to be accepted.
Shipping fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and refunds will be processed once item is received by seller.
FINAL SALE items are not returnable.
We take great pride in creating our creative masterpieces, so naturally, the last things we'd want is for it to arrive to you in a state of disrepair. Should your purchase arrive and appear to be damaged, please take a photo of it and send it to us with your concern so that we can assess the situation and resolve it as quickly and as pain-free as possible. We know how exciting it is to have something new and sparkly, so of course we'll do our very best to get your item to you in one, perfect piece!
OTHER POLICIES, GIFTS, FAQ's
Please let us know if your purchase is a gift. We can omit the receipt, include a message from you to the recipient, and use gift packaging at no extra charge.
